1. OWNERSHIP

The original source code, object code, software architecture, application design,
documentation and other original materials developed specifically for SnagSnap
(the "Proprietary Materials") are proprietary to the copyright owner identified
above, subject to applicable law and any written agreements governing ownership.

2. NO GENERAL LICENCE

Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, no permission is granted
under this notice to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, distribute,
sublicense, sell, lease or otherwise exploit the Proprietary Materials, in
whole or in part, without prior written permission from the copyright owner.

3. CUSTOMER ACCESS

This notice does not itself grant customers a right to use the SnagSnap service.
Customer access and permitted use must be governed by a separate customer
agreement, subscription agreement or terms of service.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

SnagSnap may include or depend on third-party software. Those components are
not automatically covered by this proprietary notice. Each third-party
component remains subject to its own applicable licence and copyright notices.

5. NO WARRANTY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Proprietary Materials
are provided without warranties unless a separate written agreement states
otherwise.

6. NO TRANSFER

Nothing in this notice transfers ownership of the Proprietary Materials.
Any assignment, licence or other transfer must be made in a separate written
agreement signed by the relevant parties.
